Southern Saddle Fest is bringing together thousands of attendees for three days of music, horses, food, culture, and good vibes. This is a high-energy weekend with real money being spent.
We are looking for vendors in the following categories:
Food • Fashion • Hookah • Accessories • Lifestyle Brands & More
Vendor Rates
$200 — Single Day
$300 — Full Weekend
Vendor prices increase by $50 every month.

What Vendors Receive

Vendor Requirements
- Vendors must arrive 4 hours before start time
- Maximum of 3 staff members per vendor
- Vendors must bring their own setup, including tents, tables, and supplies
- Vendors must confirm their vending date or dates
- All staff names must be submitted in advance
- Cleanliness and professionalism are required
Important Information
In the event of extreme inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled and all vendor spots will be honored.
A general pre-sale headcount will be provided 2 weeks prior to the event.
Vendor map and instructions will be sent no later than 1 week before the event.
